John Jenkins + Creative Director + Animator

The Team

John joined MCM in January 2008 after spending 8 years at Oxygen Media where he was the Vice President of Design and Onscreen Promotions.  An experienced strategist and producer, John brings experience in design and strategic planning for award winning productions. Jenkins conceptualized and designed graphics packages for Oxygen programming including “The Oxygen Custom Concert Series,” “Girls Behaving Badly,” and “Talk Sex With Sue Johnson.” At Oxygen, Jenkins also worked as the Visual FX supervisor and compositor for the 2004 Emmy nominated “Disappearing Women” PSA. During his time at Oxygen, Jenkins implemented the use of new design software and techniques used on Oxygen’s major program launches. Since joining MCM, Jenkins has designed titles for Gotta Dance, a Dori Berinstein documentary which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, and graphics packages for The Disney Channel, and Nickelodeon. Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Arts in English & Film from Binghamton University.
